Jennifer Bey: Owner | Vocational Consultant

Jennifer Bey has more than twenty years of experience working with individuals with physical, cognitive, and mental health impairments who are engaged in vocational rehabilitation. 

Jen has a deep understanding of the disability impact on both the vocational and the personal aspects of an individual’s life. This is supported by her attaining a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling with an emphasis in Vocational Evaluation from Illinois Institute of Technology to build on her Bachelors of Science, Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

Her work experience includes seven years at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (formerly Courage Center) performing vocational assessments for individuals with both congenital and acquired disabilities.  The emphasis was on addressing the needs of the whole person, focusing on supporting people with disabilities, injuries, or complex medical conditions in achieving health and wellness, and maximizing their quality of life.

Jen was also employed for six years at the Carver Scott Educational Cooperative where she performed community-based evaluation and developed her expertise job development & workplace accommodations.

In 2014 Jen made the  move to private practice and became a partner at Raderstorf Bey & Associates in 2018.  She and her partner, Tanya Dyer, took over full ownership in 2022, with Mark Raderstorf’s retirement.  Jen continues to provide a full range of vocational  services to individuals who are experiencing a major life change such  as injury, chronic illness, and marital dissolution.

Jen is a wife and mother of three teenage children.  She enjoys the outdoors and has completed several marathons, half-marathons, and triathlons.
