Tanya Dyer earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Dakota and a Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Minnesota State Mankato.  Tanya became a partner at Raderstorf Bey & Dyer (RB&D) in 2020 and provides a full array of vocational services to her clients, including vocational assessment, marital dissolution consultation, adaptive technology consultation, career counseling, job seeking skills training, and labor market research.

Prior to Bey & Dyer, Tanya spent 10 years at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute (CKRI) where she focused in vocational assessment, counseling, and transition services.  While at CKRI, Tanya was the lead Vocational Counselor for the Residential Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program.  Her time with the interdisciplinary care team allowed for a unique insight into the proper care and counseling of individuals with chronic pain.

As a Vocational Evaluator, Tanya specializes in working with individuals with both congenital and acquired disabilities, including people with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain diagnoses, and people with Autism.  Her vast experience in the field of disability compliments her skill set as a forensic expert.

Outside of work Tanya enjoys traveling, competitive swimming, and spending time with her family and friends.
